Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract
The Indian lotus blossom (Nelumbo nucifera) is a water plant with round leaves and pink to white blossoms. It grows in lakes, ponds and swamps in the Asiatic region. The special effect of the leaves is that dirt particles are picked up at the surface by water droplets (= lotus effect). Lotus has a smoothing effect on the hair structure by covering every hair with a smoothing protection layer and making also long hair easier to comb. It protects the hair against environmental influences, e. g. the adhesion of dirt particles or against free radicals (UV radiation).
Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract / Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil
The moringa tree (Moringa oleifera) is found mainly in India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Africa and in the tropical areas of the earth. It is also known as benzoil tree , horseradish tree or drumstick tree. All parts of the moringa tree can be used: roots, bark, leaves and pods, resin as well as the oil which is extracted from the seeds. Moringa has anti-inflammatory, softening and nourishing properties.
Inulin is an oligosaccharide composed of fructose and glucose. It is extracted from the chicory root, provides moisture and regenerates damaged hair.
