Henna is extracted from the leaves of the henna (Lawsonia Inemis). It is native to India and the Orient but is nowadays also cultivated in the Balkan region, in Turkey and in North Africa. Henna is used as natural hair dye and offers colours from light natural colours to brilliant red colour.
