He set early standards for high-quality organic food with his brand ‘Martin Evers Naturkost’ and later with organic baby food jars under the pro-biJo brand. After selling his natural food brand, he devoted himself to a new vision: natural cosmetics that work – in harmony with people and nature. This is how BIOTURM came into being. Today, Martin is enjoying his well-deserved retirement – yet he continues to be a source of inspiration with his heart, experience and eye for the essentials. His ideas and his commitment to quality continue to shape BIOTURM until today.

Karin Evers has been part of BIOTURM from the very beginning - bringing a keen sense for what holds a company together at its core. Even during the days of Martin Evers Naturkost, she stood next to her husband, offering steadfast support and playing a key role behind the scenes in turning visions into reality.
Today, she co-leads BIOTURM as Managing Director - structured, reliable, and with a sharp eye for figures and processes. She is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and order processing - ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the background so that what shines at the front can truly shine.

For Jasmin, her way was clear: she wanted to carry forward her parents’ values - and lead BIOTURM into the future with fresh ideas and solid expertise. As a trained pharmacist, she brings not only extensive professional knowledge but also a keen eye for active ingredients, quality, and skin compatibility.
Her experience as a pharmacist has continually raised the bar for our products - and deepened our understanding of quality. Jasmin combines scientific precision with a genuine desire to help people through honest, effective natural cosmetics.

Since 2013, he has supported our company with foresight, calmness, and a keen sense of what truly matters in day-to-day operations. His strength lies in turning ideas into concrete processes  with heart, humor, and a clear view of the bigger picture.

With great empathy and a keen sense for customer needs, she ensures that in sales, clients become true partners. Cornelia is our key contact for international partners - competent, reliable, and always a good listener. As a trained foreign language assistant, she not only brings strong language skills but also a keen sensitivity to cultural nuances and the right tone when engaging with customers from around the world.
Whether it’s customer support, trade fairs, or translations - Cornelia supports both the sales team and management with experience, dedication, and a deep understanding of our products and values. She plays an important role in ensuring that BIOTURM presents itself authentically and reliably - even across borders.

Nelli is a key figure in our order processing team: from the initial inquiry to the final shipped package, she ensures that everything runs reliably and smoothly. With excellent oversight and a strong sense for efficient workflows, she handles orders, customer inquiries, and all communication related to shipping.
At the same time, she is in direct contact with consumers and retail customers - personal, attentive, and always solution-oriented. Thanks to her many years of experience in the cosmetics trade, she values individual consultation just as much as ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

As a trained advertising professional, she brings creativity and a strong instinct for trends to the marketing team, shaping our brand communication together with Claudia. Especially on social media, she brings BIOTURM into daily conversation - with clear messaging, thoughtful details, and a fine sense for what resonates with our community.

Silvia ensures that at BIOTURM, everything has its place - and arrives exactly where it’s needed, right on time. As Head of Warehouse & Logistics, she is responsible for shipping and the flow of goods - from wholesale and retail to the end customer. Working closely with the order processing team, she coordinates the smooth handling of incoming orders. With great care and a cheerful spirit, Irene ensures that every BIOTURM order leaves just the way you’d hope: securely packed, neatly prepared, and right on time. A certified logistics specialist with a master craftsman’s diploma, he has been supporting our shipping operations since 2024 - with structure, oversight, and dedication, exactly where it matters most in day-to-day business.
